Pool Access Request
Request pool and bathroom access, a household key fob, and/or mobile app access. This form will be submitted to Inframark upon completion. Please watch for email correspondence or phone calls from Inframark.

Access rules and deadlines
Please complete this form in its entirety. You will receive an email from Avigilon Alta (noreply@alta.avigilon.com) to download the Mobile Access APP to obtain access to amenities once this form is received and processed by Inframark. Your HOA account must be in good standing (zero balance) to obtain access. If you lease the home, a current lease agreement will be required with a copy of your driver's license with this form before the email link is issued. After you submit this online form, it will be sent for review. If Inframark needs additional documents, such as a lease agreement or identification, they may contact you directly.
Requests for additional or replacement fobs require payment through the Inframark homeowner portal. Residents are also asked to pre-register for the portal. Fob pickup details will be emailed later with a future day and time for pickup at the pool.
One additional household key fob may be requested for a $50 fee.
Replacement key fobs cost $50 each.
HOA account must be in good standing with a zero balance before access is issued.
